PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario, I follow the standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). This means your personal health information (PHI) is always kept secure and confidential.

Collection of Information

I collect only the information necessary to provide safe and effective Massage Therapy treatment, such as health history, assessment findings, and treatment records.

Use of Information

Your information is used solely for the purposes of assessment, treatment planning, record-keeping, and communication about your care.

Storage & Security

Records are stored securely in compliance with CMTO and Ontario privacy laws. Only I have access but in the event of an emergency Sean Hanrahan, RDT would be the custodian of your contact information and files.

Disclosure of Information

Information will not be shared without your consent, except when required by law (e.g., court order, public health reporting, risk of serious harm).

Your Rights

You may request access to your records, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent for the collection/use of your information at any time (within legal and professional limits).
